Position: Clinical Psychologist (Assessment & Testing Specialist)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Consultant (Flexible)
Compensation: Salary as per market standards & experience (fixed monthly salary or flexible revenue-sharing model per test – to be discussed)

Another Light Counseling is a queer-affirmative, trauma-informed mental health practice committed to making therapy and psychological care accessible, ethical, and evidence-based. We work with diverse populations, providing individual, relationship and family counseling, group therapy and services in modalities like IFS< EMDR, Eating disorders, DID, etc.
We are now looking to onboard a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in psychological assessments and testing to strengthen our diagnostic and therapeutic support system.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, score, and interpret a range of psychological assessments including (but not limited to):
- General Mental Health & Well-being: GHQ-12, K10/K6, PHQ-9, GAD-7, DASS-21, WHO-5
- Trauma & PTSD: PCL-5, ACE-Q, TSC-40, DES-II, SIDES, TSI, SSS-8
- OCD & Related Disorders: Y-BOCS, OCI-R
- Stress & Burnout: PSS, CBI, MBI
- Personality & Coping: MCMI, BFI, MBTI, Brief COPE
- Addiction & Substance Use: AUDIT, DAST-10
- Eating Disorders: EDE-Q, SCOFF
- Adolescents & Youth: SDQ, CES-DC
- Self & Identity: SCS, RSES, BQ, MAIA
- Relationships & Attachment: ECR-R, DAS, CTS2, Love Attitudes Scale
- Other Assessments: Intelligence tests, ADHD screening, Rorschach test, PAT
- Write comprehensive psychological reports with clinical insights and recommendations.
- Maintain strict ethical standards, confidentiality, and RCI guidelines.
- Provide feedback to clients regarding their results.
- Collaborate with our therapy team to align assessments with treatment planning.
- Stay updated with the latest research, tools, and best practices in clinical assessments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institute.
- RCI license (Preferable)
- Proven experience in administering, interpreting, and reporting psychological tests.
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and ethical practice.
- Comfortable working with diverse populations including queer and trauma-affected communities.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in both structured and projective assessments (e.g., Rorschach, TAT/PAT).
- Training or experience with trauma-informed frameworks.
- Ability to supervise or mentor interns in test administration.
- Familiarity with digital platforms for remote testing (preferred).
