A Fun Fact about me:

MY PHILOSOPHY OR BELIEF ABOUT THERAPY
I believe that each person’s story is shaped by their unique experiences, and therapy should be a space that gently holds those stories- with care, compassion, and curiosity.
LEARNINGS OR INSIGHTS FROM MY EXPERIENCE AS A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL
One key learning from my experience as a mental health professional is the importance of meeting clients where they are, not where we expect them to be. Often, progress in therapy isn’t linear, and each individual’s pace, readiness, and capacity to engage with their emotions can vary widely. I've learned that creating a space that honours the client's unique journey, without rushing, fixing, or pushing, can be far more healing than any technique or intervention. When clients feel genuinely seen and accepted in their current state, it often becomes the foundation for meaningful and sustainable growth.
My heartfelt whisper of support for you:
Hey, I know reaching out for support isn’t always easy—so just being here means a lot. I’m someone who’ll try to show up for you, as you are, without judgement or pressure.
We’ll take it one step at a time, together.
