I believe that no one knows you better than you do. Therapy to me is like a mirror, an open space where you can project your thoughts and emotions and begin to truly see yourself. My approach is grounded in the belief that every person has immense potential. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clear and open communication can guide us in uncovering your strengths and navigating your journey of self-discovery.

Hi, I am Dhruvi, a counselling psychologist at ALC. I have a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from VES College. I love listening to people. Every life experience makes me realise the power a human holds. I like to function with the same mindset- that is, every individual holds immense power, a power that can be utilised to build a mindset that serves us with positive growth.
I aspire to build true human connection with respect and clear communication.
As a therapist, my aim is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship that will help foster an individual’s unique growth.
In my spare time, I like to watch and discuss movies with my friends. I enjoy playing sports and love learning new information about anything and everything!
