MY PHILOSOPHY OR BELIEF ABOUT THERAPY
I think of therapy as sitting beside your thoughts, feelings and experiences rather than fighting them. No fixing, no force just noticing what’s been asking for your attention. It’s about building a kinder relationship with them.

ONE KEY LEARNING OR INSIGHT FROM MY EXPERIENCE AS A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL
One key learning from my experience is that trying to control emotions never really works. What actually helps is taking a step back and understanding where they come from. When people do this, emotions feel less overwhelming, and they’re able to respond instead of just reacting.

My heartfelt whisper of support for you:
Hey! I’m glad you’re here. This is a space where you can talk, think out loud, and figure things out at your own pace. No pressure, no judgment, just support along the way.
