MY PHILOSOHY OR BELIEF ABOUT THERAPY
I believe therapy is a space where we press pause on the noise and finally hear ourselves. Each person carries layers of stories, strengths, and struggles, where none of it is too small, too messy, or too “much” to bring into the room. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that you already hold pieces of what you need and we’re just working together to help you find them, one step, one breath at a time. Some days we explore some days we simply breathe, and both are enough.
LEARNINGS OR INSIGHTS FROM MY EXPERIENCE AS A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL
One key insight I have gained from my experience is that progress often doesn’t look the way we expect it to. Sometimes it’s not a big breakthrough, but for example, showing up for a session when everything feels heavy. I’ve learned that what might feel like “just surviving” is often quiet evidence of resilience. It’s reminded me again and again that healing is not linear, but the grace we extend towards ourselves when we are in pain.
My heartfelt whisper of support for you:
You don’t have to carry it all alone. Even if it could be hard to name what you’re feeling right now, or unsure where to start, that’s okay. The very fact that you’re reading this is proof that something within you wants support. That voice, no matter how quiet, matters. Together, we’ll find a way forward that feels authentic to you.
